The international talents project for Dresden
intap – the international talents project for Dresden – aims at keeping foreign academic professionals in Dresden after their graduation from a local university or completion of their PhD at one of Dresden´s numerous research institutions. To reach that goal, intap wants to simultaneously encourage local businesses to employ international academics. Our focus is set at sensitizing, the transfer of information and the integration of both parties in order to establish attractive incentives for international graduates to remain in Dresden. Find out more about the project here .
The target groups
With intap, we want to make local companies aware of the existing potential of academic young talents in Dresden. Our focus is on those foreign students and graduates that already live in our city.
We want to sensitize non-university research institutions in their role as an employer for the career perspectives of their employees. The focus is on PhD students and Postdocs that aspire a position outside the realms of science. We want to brainstorm and exchange ideas to mutually develop solutions.
